Yes, and what you do depends on the size and depth of the scratch. If they are minor scratches, then pickup a bottle of GS-27 Scratch Remover. You just apply some to the scratched area and then take a towel and rub the scratch in circular motions. The GS-27 Scratch Remover basically just moves the paint around a bit and fills in the scratches. You can get this product from your local KMart or Target or something.
If GS-27 Scratch Remover doesn't do it, then you can purchse an "auto touchup pen/marker". It is basically a marker you order for your car's paint color and it allows you to "fill in" the deeper scratch. It won't look perfect, but perhaps working with the auto touch-up pen and the GS-27 scratch remover, you should be able to make it look pretty smooth. You can get the auto touch-up pen from http://www.automotivetouchup.com/.
Or, your final option, you can take it to a professional detailer or something and hoepfully he can "work some magic" and get it fixed for you (this would be the most costly method, though).

Hope this helps!
