A good painter can fix those for not too much $$ cash.
You don't need the dealer. Go to where the dealer goes and they'll do a good job for possibly a couple of hundred -max.
The thing with the plastic is, that you need to fill it with a somewhat flexible filler. Regular Glazing Spot Putty will not hold well. Make sure the shop has a good filler, I used to know one from Germany, yellow in color and was I believe 3 parts. But I may be wrong.
ANd the good news? (they just hit the bumper!) That means its easy and a lot less expensive to tape off, prep, fill and paint.
