2005 330xi purchase? Any thoughts?

Newbie looking for basic info on 330, having trouble finding info on searches. Ran across what looks like a nice deal for an 05 330 xi with sport package. It is 26,995 with cpo. I s gas mileage about 20 city 28 highway and 22-24 combined. Having looked around this looks like a good deal, it sure is a nice car to drive. Any trouble that I should be aware of? Any other thoughts? Thanks in advance.

I say do it.

If you are buying from a private owner and worried about any issues, you can have your local dealer perform a pre-delivery inspection. They will thoroughly go through the vehicles maintenance history as well as check belts and other potential areas. I believe it cost around $200.

I agree with Tom - another point is that if you are buying a CPO from a private individual, he is the second owner. Be sure to get service records from the servicing dealer (and get it checked out).

Book value here for that car is 25k to 29k depending on condition, etc. Sounds ok to me.
